Pasażer najpierw dokonuje weryfikacji adresu e-mail, a następnie wypełnia i przesyła formularz. Potwierdzenie wysłania formularza zgłoszeniowego zostanie przesłane drogą elektroniczną na zweryfikowany adres e-mail.

W formularzu C5 należy odpowiedzieć na kilka pytań i podać informacje związane np. z importowanymi towarami i kosztownościami, celem wizyty na Jamajce, miejscem pobytu na Jamajce, osobami towarzyszącymi itp.

Obywatele polscy zamierzający odwiedzić Jamajkę w celach turystycznych na okres do 30 dni nie potrzebują wizy.
